Returns Policy
Any product that is determined to be defective may be returned after notifying your sales rep in writing including email during the first 30 days and receiving a return authorization number. Product with defects that would be reasonable to go unnoticed for a longer period of time may be returned during a reasonable amount of time not to exceed 180 days from time of receipt. Laying Around, or Ignite GT will issue a credit on the price that is paid or replace product , at our discretion. Your acceptance of this product certifies your acceptance of these terms of sale, and that you will not hold Laying Around, or Ignite GT liable for any other damage you or your customer has experienced due to the attempted use of this product

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be true and correct and not be rounded up.
